i knew this would happen. kylah warned me.
today i leaned over a table to help a girl with her paper. my id badge was hanging over her head, so she grabbed it and said, "you look really pretty. i like this picture."
the boy next to her looked up from his paper and said,
"yeah, you don't look like that today."
why thank you, sweetheart. you're such a dear.

hehehe! that is stinkin hilarious! those kids are such a great ego boost. :)
I have found that kids are honest with most of their comments. I know I can ask my son how I look in certain clothes and he ALWAYS tells me like it is...."it makes you look fat" or "it looks funny on you"...and I usually always take his advice and not wear it!
but that kid, beth, that kid was definitely not being honest with his comment! you always look pretty...
